An Eagle Scout candidate from Troop 616 in Sugar Land, TX has chosen to renovate an abandoned historic
cemetery in his community for his Eagle project. This website will serve as an information source for those
interested in following the project to its completion, as well as a genealogical resource for descendents of
those interred in this cemetery. As you will see by the magnitude of the project, the Scout is dependent upon
generous support from the community, descendents, and other organizations who value the historical
significance of this cemetery.

Public and community support is crucial in offsetting the costs of the physical renovation of the cemetery,
painting of the fence every few years, and other necessary maintenance repairs. We appreciate your
